Emma Bunton has scrapped plans to move to Los Angeles, and now wants
to open a restaurant in London with her partner Jade Jones, a trainee
chef.
Former Damage star Jade has been training as a chef since quitting his music career.
He
has worked with the likes of Gordon Ramsay since impressing the fiery
chef with his culinary skills on Ramsay's show The F Word.
Jade also recently finished a stint at the Connaught restaurant in Mayfair.
He
said:
Yes, I want to open a restaurant with Emma. We're not sure when or where yet, but it's something we're seriously looking into.'
Emma, 32, won't be the first Spice Girl to go into catering - Victoria Beckham recently told the London Lite she was setting up a restaurant with Gordon Ramsay in LA.
But Emma won't have much say in the kitchen.
Jade, 28, added:
I won't let Emma in the kitchen any more.
I've heard Gordon Ramsay has two kitchens in his house, so we might do the same. One for me and one for her.
Jade and Emma who have been together for 10 years, have a son together, Beau, 12 months.Every time she picks up a knife I get terrified.'

Brad Pitt donated $100,000 to fight California's Proposition 8, a ballot initiative that would take away same-sex couples' right to marry.
Because no one has the right to deny another their life, even though they disagree with it, because everyone has the right to live the life they so desire if it doesn't harm another and because discrimination has no place in America, my vote will be for equality and against Proposition 8," the actor said in a statement.
Pitt's donation is the largest thus far to the anti-Prop 8 campaign by an A-list celebrity, the L.A Times reported.
It is our hope that others in the entertainment industry will step up and match Brad Pitt’s heroic commitment to equality and defeating Prop. 8," Political strategist Chad Griffin said in a statement.
Pitt has said he won't wed Angelina Jolie until gay marriage is made legal.
Angie and I will consider tying the knot when everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able," the actor told Esquire.
This week, Pitt and Jolie ranked sixth on Parade magazine's list of the most generous celebrities. They gave $8.4 million in 2007.

What a big hearted guy Jon Bon Jovi is….
He has donated $1 million dollars from his Philadelphia Soul Charitable Foundation alongside state Governor Jon Corzine, Newark, New Jersey Mayor Cory Booker, and fashion designer Kenneth Cole for this $15 million project, which they annouced on Tuesday. This is to build new affordable houses and will go to providing 51 units in Newark, the state’s largest city, which will house the homeless and people with special needs.
Jon Bon Jovi, you truly are an amazing star, and I hope that fellow celebs will follow in your footsteps!
According to MarieClaire UK, an eerily life-like doll which is the spitting image of actress Angelina Jolie, sold on eBay for a whopping £2000.
Whoever grabbed a celebrity doll for such a huge price is either a really BIG fan, or someone’s who’s overly obsessed with Angelina (Let’s hope not!).
Anyway, the manufacturer of the doll is Noel Cruz from the Philippines. He started painting portraits at the age of 16 and he moved on to celebrity doll-making when he was looking for a figurine to add to his wife’s collection.
Based from the pics, the doll is exquisitely detailed and looked so much like Angelina herself – from the pillow lips to the shape of the nose, to that little mole just above her right eyebrow.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's Jolie-Pitt Foundation has made a $2 million donation to the Global Health Committee to establish a center to aid children affected by tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia.
The center will be modeled after the Cambodian Health Committee's Maddox Chivan Children's Center in Cambodia, where children receive medical, education and social services.
"Our goal is to transfer the success we have had in Cambodia to Ethiopia where people are needlessly dying of tuberculosis, a curable disease, and HIV/AIDS, a treatable disease," Jolie said in a statement.
As in Cambodia, where the couple named the center after their eldest child, the Ethiopian branch will be named for Zahara, 3, who was adopted from Ethiopia.
"It is our hope when Zahara is older she will take responsibility of the clinic and continue its mission," Pitt said in a statement.
The clinic will also focus on tuberculosis care. The disease causes approximately 2 million deaths yearly, and is the largest cause of death worldwide for children and adults with AIDS.
"The fact that poor people continue to die in our world today of TB, a curable disease, because of lack of access to drugs and care is unacceptable," Pitt said.
The Jolie-Pitt foundation was established in Sept. 2006, when the couple donated $1 million to the Global Action for Children organization and $1 million to Doctors Without Borders.

Going once....
A Sacramento State grad is putting her virginity on the auction block to help pay for her studies.
"I don't think auctioning my virginity will solve all my problems, but it will create some financial stability," the 22-year-old (who uses the pseudonym "Natalie Dylan") says on tonight's The Insider. "I'm ready for the controversy ... I'm ready to do this."
Dylan says she's already taken a polygraph test to prove her virginal status and is also willing to undergo a medical exam.
She says she hopes to net up to a million dollars from the auction, which will take place in Nevada at the infamous Moonlight Bunny Ranch (eBay turned her down).
"Through this process I'm not just looking for the highest bidder," she says, adding, "I'm looking for someone who is a genuine, overall nice person."
Howard Stern has denied a report that he is affiliated with the auction.
Jessica Alba, who appears in a in new bondage-inspired campaign for the voter group Declare Yourself, isn't afraid to employ a little shock value for a cause she believes in.
"I think it is important for young people to be aware of the need we have in this country to get them more active politically," says Alba. "People respond to things that are shocking."
The dramatic image "really resonates" with the issue of voting, according to the 27-year-old star. "If you don't register and vote and make a difference, and hopefully change the bad things that are happening in our country, you are essentially just binding and muzzling yourself."
Of taking the photos, shot by photographer Marc Liddel, Alba says, "It didn't freak me out at all. What I like about Marc's work is that he tells a story and brings real emotion to his pictures."
On a lighter note, Alba also has plenty to say about her 3-month-old baby Honor. "So far [motherhood] is the best thing ever," she says. "It is exhausting but way more fulfilling than anything I have done. Everything I do now is so much more meaningful because of her."
